Rental Conditions

Delivery/Pick Up

One of our representatives will be in contact with you the week of your event to schedule your delivery/pick up time. This is typically booked after 12pm to allow for returns from the previous day. If the games you are renting are available, arrangements can be made for you to pick up the day before your event at no extra charge. If for any reason you are not able to make the delivery/pickup time we have arranged with you, contact us immediately and we will try our best to make alternate arrangements. With delivery, if you are not present at the location for the agreed upon time there will be a $25 late charge. Our driver will remain at the location for a maximum of 30 minutes while we try to get in touch with you. Please understand that we are on a schedule and we may have other deliveries. If we have not been able to reach you within the 30 minute time period, the driver will leave and it will be your responsibility to make other arrangements. You will still be required to pay the balance owing and in addition the $25 late charge, as we were at the location at the agreed upon time.
 

Payment

Payment is required in full upon receipt of the games. This will include your security deposit and any delivery charges. Visa, Master Card or cash is accepted. We do not require you to leave a deposit, however a valid credit card is needed to insure our cancellation policies are met. Please note that any credit card charges are subject to a to 3.5% processing fee.
 

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rental items. This amount is based on the equipment being rented and will vary for each order. The deposit could be anywhere between $50 and $200 and is required to be left in cash upon pick up/delivery. The security deposit will cover any charges for missing or damaged items, cleaning fees, unexpected labor or services performed, and any additional charges for late returns. If the amount owing is over the security deposit you will receive an invoice and will be required to pay the remaining balance with in 14 days. If the balance of the invoice is not received and we have not received a call from you to make other arrangements, your credit card will be charged the balance owing in addition to a 3.5% processing fee. Upon return of the games, all items will be inspected and the full security deposit will be refunded as long as all items are returned in the same condition as per our rental agreement.
 

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel a booking. All Cancellations are subject to a 25% charge based on the rental price of the item(s) being cancelled. This can be paid in cash or charged to the credit card provided upon booking. We do this instead of charging a non-refundable deposit. This way as long as you remain renting the games, nothing is charged to your credit card and you pay in full upon receipt of the rented items. Any items cancelled from an order within 48 hours of the event will be required to pay the full rental charge. We understand some cancellations are unavoidable and these circumstances will be taken into consideration.
 

Rental Returns

All rental items must be returned by 12:00pm the day after your event, unless otherwise arranged. Saturday events are due to return on Monday by 8:00pm. If you would like to extend the rental period beyond this date or time you must request approval in advance. Please keep in mind that these items are often rented out back to back, so we can not always accommodate your request. If your agreement has not been extended and you fail to return the game(s) by the date and time specified on the contract you will be charged for an additional days rent for each day the equipment was returned late or part thereof. Any late return fees will be deducted from your security deposit. If we are picking up the items, you are required to be present for the pick up. If you are not present at the location for the agreed upon time, there will be a $25 late charge. Our driver will remain at the location for a maximum of 30 minutes while we try to get in touch with you. If we have not been able to reach you within the 30 minute time period, the driver will leave and it will be your responsibility to return the items to us. You will still be required to pay the delivery/pick up fee in addition the $25 late charge and any additional rental fees that may have incurred, as we were at the location at the agreed upon time. These fees will be deducted from your security deposit and the remaining balance will be held for you to pick up at your earliest convince
